Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cyond offers subscription-based services, one-time paid services for construction assessment and water-leakage diagnosis, and related tools (if applicable). This policy governs all cancellations and refunds for these services.

Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation requests will become effective from the next billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are provided only under the following circumstances:

• A verifiable technical issue from our end prevents you from accessing the paid services.
• A duplicate payment or an unauthorized transaction has occurred.
• Any other specific issue that is in direct violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that fees for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

• One-time Water Leakage Diagnosis or assessment fees (once the service has been initiated or performed).
• Subscription fees for a billing period that has been consumed for more than seven (7) days.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 working days and credited to the original method of payment.
