Preliminary Quotation: This is a preliminary quotation based on the initial site visit and is subject to verification by our Head Office. A final, approved digital copy will be shared after review. Any calculation or estimation errors may lead to a revision.
Scope of Inspection: The report is based on visual observations and does not include hidden or inaccessible issues. Our inspection achieves an accuracy level of approximately 90% for visible defects. Sources concealed within structural elements may remain undetected.
Rule-Out Diagnostics: If issues persist after initial repairs, it may indicate a concealed source. In such cases, a systematic “rule-out” diagnostic procedure will be implemented at an additional cost to identify the hidden cause.
Drying Timelines: Treated areas require time to dry, and immediate results should not be expected. Estimated drying times are:
These timelines are subject to site conditions, ventilation, and weather. The customer must report any lack of improvement within the expected timeframe for reassessment.
Client Responsibilities: Customers are expected to monitor treated areas and inform us of recurring issues. Any civil works like demolition or reconstruction must be confirmed in writing with our Head Office. Cyond is not responsible for issues caused by unapproved work.
Use of Photos: Photos taken during inspection are for reference, internal documentation, and training purposes only and are not a complete record of site conditions.
Final Quotation: The final BOQ issued by Cyond supersedes all prior estimates. Costs and timelines may be revised due to delays, changes in site conditions, or scope modifications.
Persistent Seepage: Persistent seepage after treatment may indicate concealed sources, requiring additional diagnostic procedures at extra cost.
Major Civil Works: Major modifications (e.g., demolition, reconstruction) require written approval from Cyond’s Head Office. Unauthorized structural changes void all warranty obligations.
The warranty is limited to the treated areas and the agreed scope of work specified in the final BOQ. The warranty does not cover issues arising from:
Voiding of Warranty: The warranty becomes void if any third-party work is carried out in or around the treated areas without Cyond’s prior written consultation.
Warranty Claims: Claims must be submitted in writing or by email with supporting photos/videos. If the claim is covered, repairs will be performed at no extra cost. If the issue falls outside the original scope, new charges will apply.
