Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers paid Cyond bookings for water leakage diagnosis, virtual discussion slots, structural audits, non-destructive testing, watertightness AMC visits, and related on-site or repair work. Cyond is not a SaaS subscription product. Cancellations are handled by contacting Cyond, not through a customer account dashboard on this website.

How to cancel or reschedule

  • Call 092-400-83532 or 092-400-83533, or email info@cyond.com, with your booking details.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation must be informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit whenever possible.
  • Slot booking is subject to availability and confirmation. Any booking fee paid is non-refundable but is adjusted against inspection charges when the visit proceeds.

Inspection and diagnosis bookings

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the inspection: refund after deducting handling charges.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the inspection: 50% refund of the inspection fee.
  • Cancellation on the day of the inspection: no refund.
  • If the property is locked, inaccessible, or no authorised person is present, the visit may be treated as completed. A re-visit can be arranged with applicable charges.
  • Rescheduling due to unhygienic site conditions may attract additional fees, with no refund of the initial payment.
  • No refunds are issued once the inspection is completed and the report has been delivered.

Repair work and AMC

  • Repair work refunds and warranty follow the work order / quotation terms shared before you approve the job.
  • Watertightness AMC is an annual service plan for scheduled visits. To stop future visits, contact Cyond before the next scheduled visit. Fees already used for completed visits are not refundable.
  • Warranty on Cyond repairs is explained in your work order. Standard coverage is one year on diagnosis-guided repairs unless an extended warranty is stated in writing.

Payment issues

  • Duplicate or clearly unauthorised card/UPI charges for the same booking may be reviewed for refund after verification.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 working days after confirmation.
