Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cyond offers subscription-based one-time paid services and/or subscription-based services for construction assessment, Water-leakage diagnosis, and tools (if applicable). This policy governs cancellations and refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation requests will be effective from the next billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if:
- A technical issue from our end prevents access to paid services.
- Duplicate or unauthorized transactions occurred.
- Any issue adhering to the T&C's.
Non-Refundable Items
- One-time Water Leakage Diagnosis or assessment fees (once service is initiated).
- Subscriptions already consumed for more than 7 days in a billing period.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.
