On the call
You join a short video session. The engineer asks you to show bathrooms, kitchens, terraces or wet walls, and may suggest simple checks. Together you decide whether it looks urgent or mild.
When it helps most
Good for early symptoms, rented flats where access is limited, or when you want to know if an on-site visit is worth it before you pay for travel time.
After the session
You get written recommendations based on what we saw. If the issue cannot be judged on camera, we will say so and suggest an on-site diagnosis.
