What if you are not able to find the root cause?

Our work always starts with careful diagnosis. In most cases, we are able to identify the exact source of the leakage using systematic and non-destructive methods. If for any reason the root cause cannot be confirmed due to access issues or site limitations, we will clearly explain this to you. We do not proceed with repairs unless we are confident about the cause, because we don't believe in providing a fake source for the leak just because we have to close the ticket.

Why is the price high?

Leakage problems are often expensive not because of one repair, but because of repeated wrong repairs. Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and methods required to identify the real issue and fix it correctly. By doing it right the first time, we help you avoid unnecessary breaking, repeated expenses, and long-term damage. In most cases, this actually saves money over time. We might also experience few (5%) outliers during the diagnosis. During such conditions if the identified root cause is proven incorrect under the same conditions, we will reassess without additional diagnosis charges.

Does your company do the repair work also?

Yes, we do. After the diagnosis is completed and explained to you, our team can carry out the required repair work based on the findings. Because the repair is guided by proper diagnosis, the work is focused and minimal. If you prefer to use your own contractor, you are free to do so as well.

Does your company give a warranty?

We provide a warranty on the repair work carried out by our team. The warranty period and coverage depend on the nature of the repair, materials used, and site conditions. All warranty terms are clearly explained before commencement of the work to ensure complete transparency. In certain exceptional cases or for specific types of repairs where a warranty is not applicable, this will be clearly mentioned and communicated in advance as part of the quotation.

Why is the warranty only one year?

Leakage issues are influenced by several factors, including aging pipelines, structural movement, water pressure variations, sanitary maintenance, and future modifications. These are aspects that no service provider can fully control. A one-year warranty is therefore a practical and responsible period that allows us to stand by the quality of our work while keeping the terms fair for both the customer and the company. We believe in offering realistic warranties that we can genuinely honour. In addition to the standard warranty, we also offer an option for an extended warranty on the work carried out. Extended warranty coverage is available at an additional cost, and the pricing is not fixed. It is determined based on the nature of the work, materials used, and site conditions, and will be clearly communicated as part of the individual work order.

How can we know the identified root cause is correct?

We don't just give conclusions without explanation. We share our observations, testing results, and logic behind identifying the cause. Wherever possible, we show physical signs or readings and explain why this issue is the actual source and not something else. Repairs are done only after you are comfortable with the explanation and given quotation.
