Taneira (a Tata Product) chose Manasa Villa, a 20-year old G + 1 Floor Structure for its showroom. The building had to be checked for whether it was fit for purpose and then renovated so that it was appropriate for commercial use. As part of the Stability Check, the concerned authorities contacted us to conduct appropriate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) tests.
