Cancellation & Refund Policy for Cyond (If Paid Services Are Involved)

 

Cyond offers subscription-based one-time paid services and/or subscription-based services for construction assessment,Water-leakage diagnosis, and tools (if applicable). This policy governs cancellations and refunds.

 

Subscription Cancellation

 

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support.

 

Cancellation requests will be effective from the next billing cycle.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are only provided if:

 

A technical issue from our end prevents access to paid services.

 

Duplicate or unauthorized transactions occurred.

 

Any issue adhering to the T&C’s.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

One-time Water Leakage Diagnosis or assessment fees (once service is initiated).

 

Subscriptions already consumed for more than 7 days in a billing period.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.
